Real Estate Site lease negotiator

Real Estate Site lease negotiator required for a major site owner based in Brussels

Ideally you will have good project experience with a strong Real Estates background to join our growing team and drive excellence across lease renewals, ground lease buy-outs, and estate development initiatives.

In this key role, you’ll lead and mentor a team of Negotiators, act as the central link between Estates and internal stakeholders, and ensure every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance.

You’ll work closely with the Estates Project Manager and play a strategic part in optimizing operations, improving data quality, and delivering value across our estate portfolio.

An understanding in business law, right of superficies and easement, is highly desirable as is BSC in Law or a Paralegal background

Working in a similar role in the telecoms sector is desirable.

Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
